The facility is having a land of 20234 sq. meters which will initially have a size of 3298 sq. meters and will be scaled as required. To begin with, two separate forging lines – one comprising of a Hydraulic Press unit for Aluminium and Titanium forgings and another line comprising of a Screw Press for Aluminium and Steel forgings. Apart from this it will be having designated heat treatment lines for Aluminium, Steel & Titanium with well equipped laboratory.
The state-of-art forging facility will be set up in the QuEST Special Economic Zone at Belgaum (Karnataka State, India) to cater to the Precision Engineering & Manufacturing requirements of the Indian and Global Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Industrials market. The SEZ is ideally situated less than 24 hours by ground transportation to the majority of the potential Indian Automotive and Aerospace customers, within 8 hours by ground transportation to major airports (Mumbai/Bangalore/Goa) and sea ports (Mumbai/Goa) handling shipments to potential international customers.
